From a county show to a conference or a festival to a flash mob; Touchdown’s event staff agency has the personnel to bring your event to life!
‘Event staff’ is a general term that covers the wide range of temporary staff that you may be looking for to assist at your exhibition, promotion, conference, festival, sports event, award ceremony or road show, as well as many types of catering staff such as bar staff and waiters for private events like weddings and parties.
What type of staff can Touchdown Supply?
As well as event staff in London, Touchdown supply a wide range of event staff nationwide for all of the above, except for catering staff. Whether the event be large or small we specialise in providing the staff you need. From sourcing an actor to play a bespoke character to greet your visitors at a themed event, or a team of hospitality hostesses taking guests to their tables at a corporate function or within a hospitality village.
It’s All About the People
From our large register of over 3,000 nationwide temporary staff we match the personnel to your brief. Professional, excellent communicators and well-presented, ready to assist with the task in hand. Whether you are looking for an event manager, actor or front of house staff contact us to see how we can be of service by giving you a quote for the perfect people to staff your event.
Case Study Classic Media
Touchdown have designed, produced and implemented many live events including a red carpet entrance stunt for Postman Pat at the Brand Licensing Show.
To give Postman Pat the ‘Hollywood star treatment’ for his grand entrance Touchdown provided paparazzi, film crew, presenter/interviewer and models on his arm. This created an exciting buzz as he made his entrance; all courtesy or our actors and models playing the various parts.
A big thank you to you and your actors for a fun and well executed stunt event. The story made front page of the show daily on day two and we’re hoping for coverage in the Nationals in the coming days…
